Για την έκδοση τιμολογίου με απαλλαγή ΦΠΑ, σύμφωνα με το Άρθρο 45 θα πρέπει να ακολουθηθεί η παρακάτω διαδικασία.
Αφού ολοκληρώσετε την επιλογή των προϊόντων που επιθυμείτε να αγοράσετε, εφόσον κάποιο από αυτά εμπίπτει στις διατάξεις του Άρθρου 45 θα πρέπει κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας να επιλέξετε ως παραστατικό Τιμολόγιο και ως τρόπο πληρωμής την επιλογή Απαλλαγή ΦΠΑ - Άρθρο 45 (πρώην άρθρο 39α). Στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο θα σας ζητηθεί να καταχωρίσετε το ΑΦΜ σας και, επιλέγοντας Έλεγχος ΑΦΜ, το σύστημα θα πραγματοποιήσει τον απαραίτητο έλεγχο επιλεξιμότητας. Εφόσον επιβεβαιωθεί ότι δικαιούστε απαλλαγή ΦΠΑ, θα εφαρμοστεί αυτόματα η αντίστοιχη αφαίρεση του ΦΠΑ στα προϊόντα που εμπίπτουν στη σχετική διάταξη.
Η πληρωμή τιμολογίων θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιείται
Μέσω μεταφοράς από εταιρικό τραπεζικό λογαριασμό. Στο πεδίο αιτιολογίας της κατάθεσης θα πρέπει να αναφέρεται η επωνυμία της εταιρείας και ο αριθμός παραγγελίας. Με την ολοκλήρωση του εμβάσματος, θα πρέπει να αποστείλετε το καταθετήριο μέσω email στο [email protected], με θέμα την επωνυμία της εταιρείας σας και τον αριθμό παραγγελίας.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση, το κατάστημα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας εάν δεν πληρούνται οι παραπάνω προϋποθέσεις ή εάν δεν επιβεβαιωθεί η ορθότητα των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων.
